Each of the homes in our portfolio have timed-sprinkler system, auto garage opener, and all appliances are included (Refrigerator, Oven/Range, Microwave, Disposal, Washer/Dryer). All properties have central heat and air conditioning.
Yard maintenance, as well as quarterly exterior pest control treatment, are included in the rent of all properties.
